The Shipping Policy as shall be effective on any product of this website are as follow:

  1. We Only Accept Orders on a Pre-Payment Confirmation Basis – NO COD (Cash on Delivery). 
  2. Request to Cancel Order, once Paid is solely on discretion of Website Manager and is subject to Shipment being picked from our warehouse by the Shipping agent. Refund if any, shall be initiated within a maximum period of 48 hours*.
  3. All Prices on this Website are MRP (Maximum Retail Prices) which includes the GST (Goods & Services Tax – the prevailing rules as per Government of India). As per GST rules, Invoice will show separate cost of Product, the GST Charged (CGST, SGST or IGST as the case may be) and Shipping Cost (if any).
  4. Upon Request GST Invoice can be Raised with Buyers GST Number & Full details – for ITC.

  6. Shipping within India shall always be through mode as ‘Surface’ and will be FREE for all Retail orders above the total billing Value of Rs. 500/- (Final Value to Pay), deducting all Promotional Discounts and all substations, if any.
  7. Urgent Shipment Requests, International or Bulk Orders may attract Special Freight Rates, based on each Shipment’s Weight or it’s Dimension, whichever is higher.
  8. We use best Shipping Practices / renowned Partners for Shipments within or outside India. All orders are destined to be delivered up to the address as specified by the Buyer. It shall be the onus of the Buyer to define and determine the full address (with proper Post codes / ZIP, with Email ID & Telephone Number (with alternate number). 
  9. We normally prepare the package to be shipped – maximum within a period of 48 hours* and upon booking the Shipments with the Partner, it is averagely picked the next working day. 
  10. The Delivery Schedule for all Individual Orders within India may vary from 2 days to maximum 2 weeks, depending upon the frequency of Shipping service to the destination, the shipping Timings, Holidays or the Work timings at the destination / trans-shipment point. 
  11. Each Order is Shipped to ONE address only. To Ship at Multiple location(s), the Buyer would need to place separate orders to each address.
  12. Unless otherwise noted, all items in this Website are in the state of ready Availability. In case, the product or part of Order is not in stock, an Email / WhatsApp within a maximum period of 48 hours* shall be notified.
  13. Refund if any arising due to Non-availability of a Product, it will be initiated within a maximum Period of 48 hours*, from Receipt of the Confirmation of the Buyer.
  14. In case the Product has a Special Delivery Timeframe, the Buyer shall be Notified accordingly at time of Checkout.
  15. All Notification / Communications shall Only & Always be in English only and as per preferred medium as selected at time of Login / Booking of Order.
  16. Majority of Products are either Fully or Partially Handmade / Semi Mold – stamped. Minor Variation in terms of Colour, Size, Shape, Design, Weight & exactness as to the Photo in the Website is Possible. 
  17. Return if any, shall be subject to a period of 7 days (from the receipt date of the Buyer) and can be compensated only against the Exchange of different product, with enhanced to be paid in advance and Return Charges to be borne by the Buyer. 
  18. Based on point 14, the Onus to prove the date to Return / Exchange, item being Faulty or damage lies only with the Buyer. The Buyer is recommended to create ‘Box opening Video’ at time of Receipt of Parcel to mark any Deviation or damaged delivery.
  19. Delay in delivery of Shipments may occur due to various reasons. It shall be our endeavor to liaise with the Shipping Partner to ensure Swift Delivery. Normally delays are beyond our / Shipping Partner’s Control. Wrong / inadequate / non-Availability of address, Political Scenario or Situations like strikers or other, both at Destination or area of Trans-shipment port are amongst a few reasons, however, we bear No liability arising out of these attributes. 
  20. In case, the Shipments comes back to us – for any reason, the Order will be Cancelled and we shall Refund the Payment within a maximum period of 48 hours* with deduction of Reasonable Compensation for Services provided & the Freight charges (in both cases of Freight – ‘Offered as FREE’# or Charged Extra basis). 
  21. We reserve the Right to Modify or Alter any of the Conditions as mentioned above, with any notice on this Website or to the Buyers. It is onus of the Buyer to read the Shipment Policy at each time an order is placed.
  22. All products in this Website are based on Indian Traditions, Customs, Culture, History & Design projection of India, as fathomed by our Design Team. Resemblance of any Design / forms of Product to any other Designs / Product is merely coincidental. Copyright of all Product & their Designs in this Website remains with the Owner of this Website.
  23. We do intend to harm or disrespect anybody’s feeling by way of any Design being interpreted in a different manner in any other Culture, Tradition or Religion of the World. 
  24. Disputes, if any, regarding this website or any of its content, shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
